This dress has an elasticated bust and long puff sleeve with a long elasticated cuff. This dress will come in maxi length but can be made shorter if preferred

This dress is made for the sleeves to be worn over the shoulder / up but you can also pull down for an off the shoulder look. As shown in product photos
